When we as leaders seek to give kids a path ahead in this ministry, we are able to give them choices for moving on to the next stage of the Pathfinder ministry, which is becoming leaders or helping them as they enter adolescence. Do your best to make these improvements, and you'll see why life after Pathfinders is so crucial.

So that we may devote our time and energy to our local clubs, let's be mindful of the danger brought about by spiritual tourism. You can change things in your own Club—all you need to do is put in the effort and commitment.

Acknowledge the fundamental truth that you won't always be a leader and that it's up to you to create long-lasting institutions. Let's inspire leaders who can inspire and develop other leaders so that we have individuals remaining who are capable of leading and carrying on with the mission of Heaven when the time comes for us to step aside or advance to something else.
