Be a Master Guide with a goal in mind and see how the Lord will push you to greater heights in order to save his children. 

It is important for us as leaders to look long-term and take our time to consider items and methods we can use in our own clubs to help us be more consistent, not concerned with the intensity but gradually working up to it.

Understand that every challenge you face has been faced by someone else, and if you put yourself out there to really understand and ask people, you will be able to find solutions. If you have now overcome that particular challenge, don't be afraid to equip others with the knowledge so that they may also be able to maneuver and become successful as a club.

We are faced with challenges each and every day but when we take some time to be grateful for those challenges we have in our respective clubs and thank the lord for giving us the ability to overcome them each and every time we set a mindset that nothing in our way can stop us. May the good Lord be with you

The purpose of handover is to ensure that task-relevant information is sent accurately and reliably throughout shift changes or across teams, guaranteeing the continuance of safe and effective work. As the club's leader, let us ensure that we drive the ministry with the same zeal and mission as any new leader.

We're halfway through the year, and you've made me doubt if you'll make it to investiture day. In this episode, I want to reassure you that success is possible. Maybe you got off to a bad start this year, but if you do everything in this episode, you might be able to graduate.

Financing is one of the most difficult issues we face in ministry, and if we find solutions to overcome it, it becomes much simpler for us to design and implement successful programs with a positive attitude. If you can have your finances in order as a club, everything will fall into place. You'll be able to recognize your club's limitations and strengths, and when someone wants to help you, you'll have your books in order and it will be simple to assist.

Because a church without young people is a church without a future, we need to make our young people realize that they are the future and investment. We lose youngsters during this critical period, therefore we must pray for them and fight for them so that, in the end, we may have young people who are eager and willing to serve the Lord.

The goal is to understand that relearning something and renewing what you thought you know is of huge responsibility in this ministry. Fixing tiny faults or things that we have been believing it's normal but they are not may enable us to improve.
One of the most amazing things we do in the ministry is drill and march, and when we are able to keep improving, we gain important lessons from it.
